In case of any dispute between the buyer and seller, the parties must resolve the dispute among themselves without any liability on Cardare.
3. مسؤولية المتاجر / Store Responsibility
كل متجر يتم إنشاؤه على كاردار هو كيان مستقل تمامًا، وأصحاب هذه المتاجر يتحملون المسؤولية الكاملة عن المنتجات التي يعرضونها، سياسات التسعير، وضمان صحة وتسليم المنتجات للمشترين.
Each store created on Cardare is an entirely independent entity, and store owners are fully responsible for the products they offer, pricing policies, and ensuring the validity and delivery of products to buyers.
لا تتحمل كاردار أي مسؤولية عن جودة أو صلاحية أو مشروعية المنتجات المعروضة في المتاجر.
Cardare assumes no responsibility for the quality, validity, or legality of the products displayed in stores.
يتحمل مالك المتجر مسؤولية أي مطالبات قانونية أو مالية تنتج عن ممارساته التجارية.

7. حدود المسؤولية / Limitation of Liability
